Next Chance, Inc. is a sober community for women seeking freedom from addiction.

The mission of Next Chance, Inc. is to provide safe, supportive, sober living accommodations to women in recovery from substance use disorder. Our organization is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides individuals with the structure, accountability, education, and peer support they need to feel confident that they can manage their own lives without the use of drugs or alcohol.

What We Provide

  • Accountability

Next Chance is a high accountability recovery home. By using an online phone application, our program tracks urine results, nightly curfew check-ins, and weekly meeting attendance to ensure everyone’s participation in the home and in their recovery plan.

  • Structure

Daily accountability groups, weekly house meetings, consistent drug testing, nightly curfews, daily house chores, and mandatory participation in 12 step meetings provide structure and routine while living in Next Chance homes.

  • Education

Next Chance incorporates environmental education into the programming of our recovery homes; encouraging sustainable living practices such as recycling, repurposing, and composting.

  • Life Skills

    Life Skills

Next Chance has a unique twist; teaching sustainable life skills through basic gardening and homesteading practices. Residents learn to cook, plant seeds, and raise animals, in addition to regular recovery groups.

  • Peer Support

All Next Chance homes provide peer support with live-in house managers and program staff who facilitate weekly accountability groups, lead house meetings, promote 12 step participation, and lead house activities.

  • Housing

Next Chance offers multi-phased housing options suited to the financial, social, and emotional needs of the individual. Housing options are available for individuals with 5 days to 5 years of sobriety, and range from entry level housing, to graduate, to apartment style-living.
